This was my first visit with CinciSmiles. Everyone was very friendly, very nice. Offering water, coffee and cocoa were a nice touch. I loved that they also offered blankets and neck wraps. I thought they were very thorough and informative. I highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at Cincinnati Smiles. My dental hygienist was very kind, patient, and informative. She took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The doctor was also great, thorough, and professional. The whole office felt warm, friendly, and family-oriented. I truly appreciate how detailed and careful they were with my care. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience!

I use google reviews a lot and I was skeptical that a dentist could have a 4.9 with so many reviews, but I trusted the previous reviews and went to CinciSmiles because they also accepted my dental insurance. I was very pleased at the welcoming atmosphere and friendly people. I had Heather for my Hygenist (I hope I got her title correct) and she did a great job of getting all of my teeth pictures and cleaned my teeth great. Heather even pointed out some things that my prvious dentist missed, but she did not say nasty remarks, she was always professional. Then I saw Dr Andrew and he was great as well. We are going to address some things over time, but Heather and Dr Andrew helped me with a plan I could afford over time. I recommend this practice to anyone.

A few months ago, I visited this dental office and paid about $498 for a cleaning, but honestly I did not feel the service was worth the cost. They focused on taking many pictures of my teeth instead of giving a deep cleaning. The cleaning itself mostly used simple hand tools and my teeth still did not feel clean afterward. It felt like something I could almost do at home myself, which was frustrating .Overall, I left disappointed, especially considering how expensive the visit was. I have been to other dental offices before and never had this kind of confusing experience. The office looks great visually, but the quality of service did not match . I even attached a photo of the type of hand tool that was mainly used during my cleaning because I was surprised that, for the price I paid, the cleaning felt very basic.

Best experience ever! I was extremely anxious about my appointment and restorative dental work especially since I have had negative experiences from previous Dentists recently However, the staff and the dentist were absolutely amazing! They were extremely kind, patient, and walked me through everything, and I never felt a thing the best experience ever. The best thing the dentist said was I treat the patient not the tooth. I thought that was a profound statement. Where in the past it's been I'm just treating your teeth and caring less about you as a patient.. I cannot say enough, thank you to the staff and the dentist and will continue to go there as well as recommend many others. In addition, the office itself is extremely modern, beautiful and sparkling clean. Many thanks to the staff!
